Whether you have “fallen off” and need to get your fitness/nutrition on track OR you’ve been on point all year and want to STAY consistent through the summer, this is for YOU !
31 Day Consistency Challenge
✅ 31 Day Individual Calorie/Protein goals. These are simple daily nutrition practices to help you stay in a healthy calorie range while consuming adequate protein. I will teach you how to get on track with your nutrition, AND provide accountability so that you stay consistent.
✅ 4 IN PERSON, OUTDOOR BOOTCAMPS! July 10, 17, 24, & 31 at 8:30am at Clifton Park Commons. We back!
✅ 31 Days of Movement. I will be providing workouts that can be done at home or at the gym. These will all be scaleable with active recovery days programmed in so that you don’t overtrain. Already on a workout program? No problem, you can add some of these in on your off days or just add 30 min walks to hit your 31 day goal! Whether you’re a compete beginner or super advanced, you can get down with these, the goal is to move everyday for 31 days!
✅ 31 Day Checklist. Printable daily checklist to keep you consistent! Each day will have activity, nutrition, health and mindset “non-negotiables” for you to hit to keep you on track for 31 days straight! This means that even if your calorie/protein goals aren’t met, this list will ensure that you’re still consistent!
✅ Consistency Calendar. Another tangible way for you to see your consistency on paper. Mark each day you meet your goals with a check! Sounds very basic, but the action of marking your days as a win will build confidence AND consistency
✅ Private Facebook Group. This is where I will be posting exclusive coaching videos, interacting with participants, and where all of you can share your wins, interact, and hold each other accountable
✅ Printable Protein chart, so you never have to guess what to eat in order to get your protein in.
✅ Mindset improvement daily tasks
