There is NO one size fits all workout plan. We all have different bodies, different goals, different injuries, and different mentalities. The goal of personal training with Badger Strength is to find what "strength" means to you and then give you the tools and guidance to become the "strongest" version of yourself. Strong can be lifting heavy, running faster, being more flexible, having the energy to play with your kids, or even just being comfortable with your own body. Through one on one coaching we will develop a unique program specific to your goals and lifestyle in order for you to gain the strength you are looking for.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Finding a group of like minded and motivated people to workout with can be an invaluable asset to help you achieve your goals. Keeping groups limited to 4 people allows for maximized attention to each client in the session while creating a motivating and positive atmosphere! Good training partners are the key to success!
