Personal Training?

Semi private personal training has been called the future of the fitness industry. You have probably learned the hard way that being 1 of 40 members in a large group bootcamp style class with a cheerleading coach leads to no results, burnout, and injury.
And while 1:1 personal training is the Rolls Royce of coaching, it comes with a price tag (usually $90-$100/session).

Semi private personal training gives you the attention and results of personal training while allowing you to train MORE frequently due to the lower price point. And since semi private training is limited to 6 clients per session, you are never lost in a big crowd spinning your wheels.

But here at Badger Strength we decided to give even more value. While most semi private gyms offer workouts, we offer all in lifestyle & performance coaching on top of training sessions.
