What actually prevents FAT LOSS

There is a problem that many women struggle with that causes 80% of their body issues, yet it isn’t talked about much.

We talk about weight loss, fat loss, not being toned, hormones, age, metabolism & busy schedules, but not many people talk about the core problem that is affecting all of these!

If you have been working out for months or years, and you are frustrated with the lack of results you see, you may think the problem is that you set your calories too high or that your metabolism has shut down, or that you need to add more cardio.

None of these are the case!

The actual underlying issue is that you are Under Muscled.

You haven’t built enough lean muscle to create a lean & toned physique that burns a ton of calories all day and can handle MORE calories in your diet.

It’s NOT YOUR FAULT.

You ARE NOT broken.

You DO NOT lack willpower.

You DO NOT lack motivation.

You have just been guided down the wrong path for too too long and you are not stuck in the hamster wheel of low carb diets, an unsupported metabolism, and a thyroid that is hanging on by a thread.

All of this can be fixed by refocusing your approach to fitness through the lens of lean, toned muscle.

These are all women who have very lean. toned physiques.

If you were to read up on their fitness routines, they ALL focus on building strength and MUSCLE!

They do deadlifts.

They do pull-ups.

They do rows.

They do lunges.

They lift relatively heavy.

They eat protein at each meal.

They eat carbohydrates.

Now I wanna talk about actual REAL clients who I have coached.

All of these women came in from different backgrounds, with different lifestyles, and their own unique set of challenges.

But they all needed to focus on the same thing:

Building Lean Muscle.

For MANY years you’ve been misled to believe that you needed to eat less to weigh less.

You have never been taught a process you enjoy, and it has led you to associate getting lean, healthy, and fit with a restrictive & miserable lifestyle.

Getting fit & healthy is actually a very enjoyable process that doesn’t require any crazy restrictions.

It supports your metabolism.

This pattern is why it feels so hard & scary to start again.

It’s like you’ve been going to the post office for decades and every time you walked in, you got punched in the stomach.

Then someone tells you: “Hey, you know if you go to UPS, they give you a hug when you walk in?”

You would be skeptical!

You wouldn’t believe them because you are so used to getting punched whenever you need to mail something.

Well, I am here to tell you you can be done with getting punched if you want!

Dieting is only miserable if you do it wrong!

Dieting is only miserable for professional bodybuilders during their last 2 weeks before a show.

Building a diet that gets you a lean & toned physique is NOT miserable.

You are NOT training for a bodybuilding show.

You are training for LIFE.

To look and feel your best.

Which means your training and nutrition should FEEL great!

This belief shift will be the mindset “trick” that opens up years of amazing results for you.

First step is letting go of those old beliefs you’ve been taught.
