No, there are no magic foods, but finding the right foods for YOU to lose weight longterm involves figuring out what you actually LIKE to eat. We will help create realistic eating habits built around foods you actually like while also fitting in the "fun" foods too!

Sick of meticulously tracking macros or feeling like you need to be "perfect" to see results? We're gonna make sure you have a flexible calorie range to live within that allows you a low stress approach to food. If you hate tracking food, we can take an approach that doesn't involve tracking! If you prefer to track food, we can help with that too!
The goal of coaching is for you to get results but more importantly LEARN how to do this on your own...for life! As we progress you will build empowerment, confidence, & skills to create results over & over again for life. No more "gaining it back"!

Coaching is for someone who actually wants to see results & is ready for real change. This is not for you if you are looking for an 8 week quick fix, or not ready to commit to actual change.
Again, this is about actually getting & keeping results. We work together for 4-6 months minimum, but after that we can continue for as long as you like :)
On average clients can lose between 20-30lbs in the minimum coaching program. Nothing is guranteed, because it depends on your adherence and coachability, but you cannot fail at this!
No. If you have access to home equipment we can accommodate you!
This can vary depending on the needs of the client but you can expect to invest less than the cost of going out to dinner once per week
